Over 1,000 participants have already planned for the event in Bukavu

An international delegation of 250 women and more than 900 national delegates are already registered for the closing ceremony of the Third International Action of the World March of Women, to be held 13th to 17th October in the Democratic Republic of Congo.

The International Secretariat (IS) of WWW began his transfer to the country now on the 19th September with the arrival of Alessandra Ceregatti begin, who joins the local organization. Other members of the IS, as well as the International Committee will begin their trips to the DRC in Kinshasa in early October.

The local committee responsible for both in Kinshasa, Goma and Bukavu working logistical details of the receipt of thousands of participants who will arrive by land, air, and mostly by river.

National mobilization continues

In the ten regions of the country have been made or are for conducting meetings between local women on the World March of Women, its history, its fields of action and discuss demands on the regional level.
